Oceans Optics Merch Returns & Replacement Policy

We’re excited to offer Oceans Optics merch, with its very own unique return policy!

What Can Be Returned or Replaced

We’re happy to offer a free replacement or refund if your item arrives with:

• A clear manufacturing defect
• A printing error
• Damage during production or transit

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 20 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo showing the issue
• If multiple items are affected, please include them all in one photo or video

There is no need to send the damaged item back.

What Cannot Be Returned

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color
• Change of mind or preference

We recommend checking our size guides carefully before placing your order to make sure you get the perfect fit.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

• If an order is returned to sender or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or missed delivery attempts, the order is generally not eligible for a refund.
• You may request a replacement to be sent to an updated address. In most cases, replacement item and reshipping costs will apply, but we’ll review the situation and let you know what options are available.

Small Variations

For apparel items, slight differences in print placement (up to 0.5") are considered normal and not a defect.
