    • Report any issues within 30 days for a hassle-free return process.
    • Contact us promptly if you discover any manufacturing defects.
  2. Unhappiness with the Product:
    • If the product doesn’t meet your expectations due to sizing, personal preference, or you ordered the incorrect prescription you can return it within 30 days.
    • You will need to cover the return shipping fees.
  3. Our Fault:
    • If we made an error or the product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover all return shipping fees.
    • We offer a full refund or a replacement based on your choice.
  4. Return Process:
    • Initiate your return by contacting our customer service within 30 days of receiving your product.
    • Provide details and images (if possible) to illustrate the issue.
    • We’ll give you a return authorization and guide you through the steps.
  5. Shipping Time Frame:
    • Ship your return within 30 days of notification.
    • If shipping takes longer, please provide proof of shipment within the specified time.
  6. Refund Process:
    • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Full refunds, including shipping fees, are provided for manufacturing issues or our errors.
    • For returns due to personal preference, we refund the product cost, excluding shipping fees.
