If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@oceansoptic.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping expenses.

3. Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? No problem! You can return items in their original condition within 30 days from delivery. Please note that return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer, we will cover the recover re-stocking fee.

4. Warranty Information
