How Should I Adjust My Prescription for Clear Vision Underwater?

Prescription Adjustment for Underwater Clarity: To achieve clear and accurate vision underwater, we recommend selecting a lens strength that is 0.50 to 0.75 diopters weaker than your regular prescription. This adjustment helps to compensate for the magnification effect that occurs underwater, reducing the risk of distortion.

Example: Your Regular Prescription: Right Eye (OD): Sphere = -2.75; Left Eye (OS): Sphere = -3.50. Recommended Lens Strength: Right Eye (OD): Sphere = -2.00; Left Eye (OS): Sphere = -3.00.

The lenses listed are the only ones available for the specific mask in the listing. If your exact strength isn’t available, select a lens that stays within the recommended adjustment range of 0.50 to 0.75 diopters weaker than your regular prescription.
